DIAMOND CUT OFF BLADES FOR VERY ABRASIVE MATERIALS

SMART CUT™ Series 405M are Designed for cutting Very Abrasive Materials that would wear most blades really quickly. These blades are produced with High Grade Diamond & Very high Diamond Concentrations (100 CON) is the highest diamond content available for diamond cut off blades. This means the diamond crystal content of these blades is up to 6 times higher of most blades. The Bond Hardness is Hard (designed to retain the diamond crystals for as long as possible). These three factors set these blade apart from all others. 

The SMART CUT®  Series 405M (MONSTER I) diamond blades are meticulously engineered to handle the challenges of cutting extremely abrasive materials that typically cause rapid wear in standard blades. These premium blades are MADE IN EUROPE crafted using a high-grade diamond material, featuring an exceptional diamond concentration labeled as 100 CON—the highest level achievable for diamond cutoff blades. This higher diamond concentration indicates that the diamond crystal content in the Series 405M is up to six times greater than that found in most conventional blades. The synergy between the high diamond content, elite diamond grade, and the robust bond hardness significantly enhances the blade's durability, offering a lifespan that is more than three times longer compared to typical blades, even when tasked with slicing through super abrasive materials.

The exceptional composition of the SMART CUT®  Series 405M makes it an ideal tool for cutting a wide array of abrasive materials, including dressing stones such as alumina oxide and silicon carbide, green (unfired) ceramics, a diverse range of composite materials, and glass. Moreover, these blades also deliver outstanding performance on softer materials such as marble, travertine, and tile.
