If the tool does not meet the specified performance criteria, you will only pay for the relative value of the tool based on its performance.

To begin the GTO process, contact us to schedule an Initial Consultation. If your performance goals are realistic, we will move forward with the design and customization of the tool.

To submit a price match request, simply reach out to us with the details of the competitor’s offer. This can include a product link, quote, or advertisement for verification.

The testing phase is a critical part of the GTO Program. Upon receiving the customized tool, you are required to test it against your existing tools within 30 days. You must follow the prescribed testing methods to ensure accuracy, and a Test Report must be submitted to qualify for any credit adjustments. Should the testing period exceed 30 days, prior notification is required to maintain eligibility for credit.

You will only be charged for the tool’s relative value based on its performance. If you need to return the test tool, you will need to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. However, please note that freight charges for test tools are not credited.
