SMART CUT® Diamond Plated Mounted Saws/Blades are precision-engineered cutting tools designed for exceptional performance and reliability. These blades are available in continuous rim and slotted configurations, offering versatility and optimized results across various applications. Constructed as a single piece, they provide enhanced durability and stability during cutting operations. Each blade features a 1/8-inch diamond return on both sides, ensuring extended tool life and superior cutting efficiency.
With a diameter range from 3/4 inch (19.05 mm) to 6 inches (152.4 mm), these blades accommodate a variety of project requirements. The kerf thickness options, ranging from .080 inch (2.03 mm) to .150 inch (3.81 mm), enable precise cutting. The standard overall length is 1.5 inches (38.1 mm), with customizable shank diameters available to fit any equipment or customer-specific needs.
These mounted saws and blades are specifically designed to cut challenging materials such as fiberglass, phenolics, fiber-reinforced plastics (FRPs), carbon, carbon fiber, and ceramics.
