About Advanced Ceramic
The atomic structure of advanced/technical ceramics is very different to metals. Ceramics have a relatively high hardness, good insulating properties and high resistance to chemicals and temperature. However, because of their very stable bond mix, ceramic materials have a tendency towards brittle fracture, which must be taken into account when they are machined.

Diamond Dicing Blades
We produce large variety of diamond dicing blades hubless and hubed for advanced ceramics. Starting 50mm diameter to 125mm, starting 0.1mm thickness.
Inside Diameter Cutting Blades
ID blades (inside diameter) diamond cutting plates are nickel bond product with diamond coating on the internal edge. Internal diameter is of the blade is what does the cutting. These blades are used for cutting large variety of ultra hard and brittle materials, with minimum amount of material loss.
