Shipping Options
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses worldwide. Please note that restrictions may apply to certain destinations.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
- Domestic Shipping: Typically 1-5 business days depending on shipping option you select
- International Shipping: Typically 3-21 business days, depending on the shipping option you select such UPS, DHL, Mail and service type and also depending on the destination and customs processing. Most Couriers such UPS, Fed Ex, DHL usually take 3 to 6 days, US mail depending on Option you select can take 10 to 21 days
Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, package dimensions, the delivery method, and the delivery destination. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.
6. Damaged Items in Transport

8. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are not included in the final price. UKAM Industrial Superhard Tools is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
