How to Start a Return

  • check icon Contact Customer Service: Before returning any items, you must contact our customer service department to get approval for the return.
  • check icon Request an RMA Number: You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number online from our customer service. This request must be made within 30 days from the date you received your order. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions once your request is approved.
  • check icon Ship the Item Back: All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid to the designated address. The merchandise must be in resalable condition (not used) and purchased within the last 30 days.
  • check icon Include a Copy of the Packing Slip: If possible, include a copy of the original packing slip with your return.
  • check icon Use a Trackable Shipping Service: We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and includes insurance.

Conditions for Returns

  • check icon Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number Required: No returns will be accepted without an RGA number.
  • check icon Restocking Fee: A restocking and handling charge of 25% will apply, unless otherwise approved by a representative.
  • check icon Custom Made Products: Custom made products are not returnable.
  • check icon Return Timeline: We must receive your return within 30 days from the date the RMA number was issued.

Refunds and Credits

  • check icon Refund Method: Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue a credit back to the original payment method. The refund will include the amount of the purchases minus any promotional discounts, coupon codes, and original shipping charges.
  • check icon Shipping Charges: If you used a free shipping coupon code, the full original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
  • check icon Handling and Restocking Charges: A 25% fee of the net credit value will be deducted for handling and restocking.
  • check icon Credit for Freight Charges: Credits for freight charges will only be issued in cases of defective materials or errors made by our company.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through the standard return process and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue. In such cases, we will cover all shipping costs and no restocking fee will be applied.
