RETURN POLICY

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If there's anything about your order that didn't meet your expectations, we're here to make things right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. 

Changing or Canceling an Order

  • check icon Before Shipment: You can change or cancel your order with no fees, provided the order has not yet shipped.
  • check icon No Returns for Custom Made Products: For custom manufactured products, please contact customer service to see if changes or cancellations can be made, depending on the stage of the manufacturing process.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through the standard return process and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue. In such cases, we will cover all shipping costs and no restocking fee will be applied.
