At UKAM Industrial Superhard Tools, we specialize in customizing diamond & cbn tools specifically designed to maximize performance for your unique application. Our diamond & cbn tools are engineered to outperform standard offerings from other vendors, delivering performance.

We recognize that not one fits all. Different clients have different requirements and performance criteria. Based on this we customize our existing products and design and produce new products to better fit each individual client requirements and expectations.

We encourage you to test our tools against your current products to directly experience the improved performance our products offer straight out of the box. While some adjustments, such as tweaking the bond or modifying the diamond composition, might be necessary, our ultimate goal is to significantly improve your process, Return On Investment,& Total Cost of Ownership.

We stand behind the exceptional performance of our products with our Guaranteed Trial Order (GTO) program. This program allows you to test products or tools customized for your needs with the assurance of our performance guarantee.

Process Overview

1. Initial Consultation and Expectation Setting

Performance Analysis: Understand the performance of your current diamond and cbn tools and set clear expectations for the new tools & products
Feasibility Assessment: If your performance goals are deemed unachievable, we will inform you before proceeding with the design process.

2. Design and Customization

Engineer Consultation: Our engineers may request permission to modify or tweak the tools bond once or twice to optimize performance.
Prototyping: Design and build a tools that meets your specified specifications and dimensional requirements using state-of-the-art equipment and strict quality control measures.

3. Testing and Evaluation

Testing Requirements: The tool must be tested against the existing one in the prescribed manner within 30 days of receipt.
Extended Testing: Should testing exceed 30 days, prior notification is required for credit eligibility.
Test Report Submission: Submit a completed test report to qualify for any credit adjustments.

4. Performance Payoff Guarantee

Cost-Value Reconciliation: If the new toolcannot match the quality or lifespan of your current tooling, you will only be charged based on its relative value to you.
Customer Feedback: Direct interaction with our engineers during setup and testing in your facility to gather comprehensive performance data.

5. Terms and Conditions

Adjustments and Credit: If the tool performs close to the desired level, credit will be prorated accordingly.
Payment Terms: The order/invoice is 100% payable unless the Tool fails to perform as initially specified.
Return Requirements: Test Tool returns require an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number; however, freight on test wheels is not credited.

On-Site Support: Contact your sales representative if you wish for our team to be on-site during the testing phase.
Continuous Improvement: We continuously seek to innovate and refine our products to reduce machining time, decrease overall tooling costs, and maximize your return on investment (ROI).
