We will work with you to determine your needs, and develop the right bond formulation, concentration, and grit sizes. Our tools are designed and specially selected to provide maximum possible tool life, for your desired cut quality and speed.
The following process describes custom tool manufacturing process form initial first inquiry to final delivery.
Application data sheet is filled out by client or technical sales representative on behalf of the client
by our engineering group and / or applications engineer
Technical Recommendation on equipment, consumables, and process to use is given along with quote
should client require test cutting of their sample (the client will send their material for test cutting) after test cutting is completed, material is returned back to client along with written report on mythology used and results obtained
Upon receipt of client purchase order, client signing off on our terms and conditions of sale, and receipt of clients deposit. Production of equipment will start
upon completion of machine construction, and after final quality control check. Final test cut is done on clients material in order to make sure the machine is able to accomplish clients objectives. Conformance report is presented to the client. Remaining balance of payment is made per agreement
machine is shipped to client. After it is installed, tested and commissioned in their own facility
technical support, parts replacement, and repair services is provided under warranty and/or extended technical support agreement.

You will receive a detailed quote for the equipment along with technical recommendations that cover equipment specifications, consumables, and the cutting process to be used based on your application.
Yes, we offer a proof of concept/performance evaluation option. If you require it, you can send us your material, and we will conduct a test cutting on your sample. You will receive a written report detailing the methodology used and the results obtained. If this is a custom machine and not available for testing cutting then other test cutting arrangements can be made.
Upon receiving your purchase order, you will need to review and sign our terms and conditions of sale. Additionally, a deposit may be required to initiate the production of the equipment.
Once the machine construction is complete and passes our final quality control checks, a final test cut is performed on your material to ensure it meets your objectives. We will provide you with a conformance report, and the remaining balance of payment is due as per our agreement.
