Designed for precision cutting at an affordable price. Many years of experience of cutting tubes and rods made from glass, quartz, ceramics, carbides, semiconductor materials, composites, hard metals, stainless steels and other materials led to the development of this machine. Can be used diamond or abrasive cut wheels. Proven to be durable, reliable and economical. Can be used with thin diamond slicing blades for delicate cutting with minimum chipping. 12” diameter diamond slicing blades can be as thin as 0.040" TH. Accepts Diamond Slicing Blades and Abrasive Cut off Wheels up to 14" (350mm) in diameter. Stainless steel catch tray beneath the cutting wheel is easily removable. Work Fence easily adjusted to angle cuts an also easily moved closer to spindle housing to allow cutting of tubing, rods, and irregular shape materials when diamond wheel wears down to smaller diameter.
